There are three types of business the single proprietorship, partnership and the corporation or cooperative but in here ther are a lot of advantages and disadvantages of each type of business. I will explain first the advantages and disadvantages of single proprietorship. The advantages are if only one person or a single family is an owner of a business it isn't hard for him to decide what will be the next for his business and how the profits will be distributed, and it is easier to start the business alone, because maybe if you start a business with a partner problems may arise and the worst case the business will not be fulfilled, so it is better to start the business alone. The disadvantages are, the owner will suffer the losses if the establishment will not succeed, it has only a very limited capital, the legal liability is high, because he is the one in charge to pay all the debts, he has only limited skills, because his own skills will be used in running the business, and lastly, limited life, because if he dies, the whole establishment will be closed.
In partnership there are also advantages and disadvantages like, there are more capital and skills than a single-running business, and the business will have great efficiency because there are a lot to divide and specialize the labor and it can become successful. But, the disadvantages are like, the legal liabilities are also high bacause if you are a partner if any loss or damage you will be suffering for it(e.g. the desktop computer broke out both of you will be paying for it. Sharing the profits is the most problem(e.g. you and your partner only earned a hundred for a week, it will be hard to share it for the both of you and might cause the third disadvantage which is disagreement). Disagreement are usually caused by the sharing and differences of ideas(e.g. you have thought of having a free taste of your edible products and your partner don't want it, then it will cause disagreement).
In a corporation there are also advantages and disadvantages. It's davantages are there are a lot of capital for a business, of course if there will be a lot of stockholders there will be more capital earned, and it also have unlimited life, because even though it's original owner will die he can pass it to his descendants or to other reliable stockholder. The common disadvantages is that the problem in sharing the stocks and disagreements, it is like in the partnership but the corporation is much more bigger than it..
It's anything that i feel and all the words that you'll be reading here is from the heart

Different Types of Capital
There are three types of capital - fixed, circulating and freaa capital. First, the fixed capital this capital refers to permanent things. They last for a long time and can be used repeatedly. This fixed capital can be used as a collateral. This capital are office equipment like a desktop or a laptop computer, a fax machine, a photocopy machine, a water dispenser, and others, also, the factories, buildings, cars, machines, vehicles and etc. Second, the circulating capital, this capital refers to capital goods that are used only once and no more. But this capital can be replenished like gasolnie. The last is the free capital, this are goods used for production but very common. This can be sell to other producers but must be sold only on the same line of work. These are papers, raw, lumbers, cloth, plastics, and some elements.

Rich Dad Poor Dad
The story is about a person who has two fathers: his biological father is the poor dad, while his bestfriend's dad is the rich dad. Both father's taught the author how to achieve success but with very disperate approaches. It became evident to the author which father approach made more financial sense. Throughout the story, the author compares - their principles, ideas, financial practices, and degree of dynamism and how his real father, the poor and struggling but highly educated man, paled against his rich dad in terms of assets buildingand business acumen.
The author compares his poor dad to those people who are perpetually scampering in th Rat Race, helplessly trapped in a vicious cycle of needing more nut never satisfy their dreams for wealth because of one glaring lack: financial literacy. They spend so much time in school learning about the money, simply because it is never taught in school. His rich dad, by contrast, represents the independently wealthy core of society who deliberately takes advantageof the power or corporations and other personal knowledge of tax and accounting which they manipulate to their advantage.
The story theme reduces to fundamental concepts: a can do attitude and fearless entrepreneurship. The author highlights these two concepts by providing multiple examples for each and focusingon the need for financial literacy, hoe the power of the corporations contribute to making the wealthy even wealthier, minding your own business, overcomingobstaclesby not fosteringlaziness, fear, cynicism, and other negative attitudes, and recognizingthe charcateristicsof humans and how their preconceived notions and upbringing hamper their financial freedom goals.

Market Sytem
For me market system is the best economic system, because it is a free enterprise. There will be no one scolding you if you've done wrong, there will be no salary deduction and there will be no firing that will be made. It will be a very good enterprise. The owner will make alot of money even if his not working all day. He will be shocked when the time comes he becomes a millionaire.
In my Simple Way
In my simple way there are alot of things I can contribute to improve the condition of my school and community. I will introduce our school in medical missions, dental missions and feeding program so that we can also help our community not just our school. I will help the students that is having a hard time learning their lessons. I will teach my fellow students to have discipline and be more respectful to others. I'll help them to improve their skills that they are shy to show. In the community, I'll be helping in doing community service. I'll be helping an old lady cross the street. I'll throw the trash in the right trash can. And lastly I'll oney the rules that the administration of the community will be implementing.
Solutions for Labor Problems
Have great mind and be wise so that there will be no unemployed person in the Philippines. Here are some solutions for labor problems.
Regular Communications and Discussions between laborers and management
Each business administration should have a monthly or a frequent meeting so that each one will be informed of the new rules or task each laborer will do. The head of the company or business should make all the explanations clear and accept questions from his subordinates.
Collective Bargaining
This is used by the laborers to communicate with the administration. This should be used so that the cravings of the laborers will be easily heard by the management.
Voluntary Arbitration
This will happen if the bargain agreement will broke. They can use it with the help of DOLE.
Meditation and Conciliation
This is made outside the company but with the help of the government.

Conserving Valuable Things
Valuable things are mostly limited. So we need to conserve all of it. There are a lot of things we should know in conserving valuable things. Like knowing how much to consume when using it. Knowing how important it is in our environment. How much will it affect us if it will be gone. That's how exactly we can know how can we conserve those valuable things. Water needs to be saved and conserved because it is the greatest need of a person. We need to consume it with discipline. We need to close the faucet each time we do not use the water. Paper is also a valuable thing. Without paper where we'll write? We need to make our letters perfect so that there will be no abuse in using it. Air is also one. Clean air should be conserve because we need it in our daily lives so that there will be no harmful effects that will cause us a lot..
Let us all be wise.. Don't pretened you do not know how to concerned.. Be disciplined!!

Just a Simple Day
This day is just simple.. I woke up this morning and witness the beauty of the world. Then, when I get up in bed, I first washed my face and start to eat my breakfast. When I finished eating I sit down in front of the computer and start checking my Facebook account.. I had changed my status many times then I get bored.. I'm pissed off waiting for my new photos to be uploaded.. So I just leave my Facebook page and start watching videos in Youtube.. I had fun browsing some movies that I had not yet watched.. I replay the movie "A Walk to Remember" several times.. I had watched the full movie thirteen times I think, but I read the book first before I watched it.. Everytime I saw this movie I can't control myself crying, on the part when Landon Carter made all the wishes of Jamie Sullivan.. Oh.. That was so touching.. Well, back to my story. I finished watching the whole movie then I felt I was starving so I ate lunch.. After lunch I came back to my pc and I get back to work.. I had fun playing games on Facebook.. I like the game that is called typing challenge, I had fun playing it.. I got tired of using the pc so I took a nap for a moment.. I shut down the pc and laid on my bed. When I woke up, there are a lot of phone messages I received, then I replied to all of it.. :).. I ate my snacks and turn my pc on and open my Facebook account again. I had seen a lot of notifications and new status of my friends, I had fun putting comment into it. Then, my sister asked me if she could use the pc, so I said yes. A moment, when I am waiting for her to finish using the pc, I used my cellphone to log in to Facebook.. I can't stand of not checking my Facebook account.. hehe.. :).. My sister finished using it so it's my turn again.. After all of that checking of my account I ate my dinner and start to have bonding with my Aunt and sister.. Then, after this I'll be sleeping.. And I'll be ready of what will happen tomorrow..

I love my Dad so much and I want to be her first princess forever.. And after that I helped baby sitting my cousin Nathan.. I had fun talking to him even if he does'nt understand me.. He'll always laugh and smile at me.. It relieves my stress.. Then, after all the task I had done I do my homeworks.. It made my brain crack.. :).. But it's fine, it's a part of being a student.. hehe.. Tomorrow is another day and it's time to move on the next part of my life.. I LOVE YOU DAD!!

For All the Parents
I've wrote a simple poem for my mom and dad. I have nothing to do and I have thought of doing this poem. It is from the bottom of my heart..
Most beloved mothers and fathers, thank you for all the things you've done for us.
Obedience and love are the things you expect from us.
Thanks for the love and care, you've been showering us.
Happiness and joy, our hearts are filled, because you're here beside us no matter what.
Everything you give us, material or not, thank you for that.
Rendering your strenght for us is a gift we'll treasure.
AND
From deep inside our hearts we are grateful, we know thank you is not enough.
Aches and pain we got you're there to washthem out to make us stand again.
Thank you is just a simple phrase, but special for it is for you alone.
Heaven knows how greatful we are to your endeavors.
Encouraging us to laugh or smile, when our world turns blue.
Rain or shine you're with us.!!
Thank you to all the parents!! :)

Missed being Jr's Knight..

I'm a 4th year High Schoolnow and I am missing to be a Junior. I missed our adviser Mr. Rosauro Villalon Jr. so much, I remembered when we used to have a practice each Saturday for our cheering competition when GCC had it's 12th year Foundation day he used to buy al the food we'll eat for lunch and all the things we needed that time. He stands as our second father, wherever we wanted to go we just call him and he'll be there faster than a lightning. He usually comforts us when our world turns blue and makes us laugh to break the ice in the room when we are in pain. He is always on the Principal's Office everytime we did something wrong, and eventhough he is scolded he always understand ua and give us a smile. He is the one who helped me when I thought my parents will not attend the Recognition Ceremony in GCC, he secretly called at home and talked to my mom. He never admitted that he had done that. What I really missed about him is his hugs each time he sees me and he'll always say i love you and you are beautiful today. I love Sir Jhun, I live my Dudhie very much. I miss being you Junior Knight Dudhie.. :( ..

Forever Love!!
I wrote a sonnet for the one I really love. I just wanted to write what I really feel.
I love you for just one reason
I cared about you 'cause that's what I really feel.
Loving you is my only mission.
I love you and that's for real.
There are a lot of mistakes you've done.
But I'll always be here to understand all of it.
In our problems I'll never run,
I promise I'll be with you to face it.
No one can break us apart.
No one can take you away from me.
You'll always be the one in my heart.
And the it's very true that I love thee.
I will love you forever,
And I will not leave you, never!!

Exhausting but a Happy day
I'm so tired, because I have traveled too far. I absent all my classes today to submit my forms in the University of the Philippines, beacause the deadline for submission is today 18th of June 2010. I left home at around 8 o'clock in the morning. Gloriebelle, Andrea, Alyssa and I were dropped by my dad at Philcoa near Landbank Quezon City Circle Branch, were we payed our fees for the application to UPCAT. When we finished paying for our fees we rode a jeepney going to UP Campus and there we looked for U.P. Office of Admission, were we passed our forms and waited for our permit of taking the exam. When I got my permit, I had read that I will be taking the exam on the 8th of August 2010 at Palma Hall in U.P. Diliman. After we had all our permits, we walked and saw a playground were we took some pictures and had bonding with my friends. When were finished our next destination was the U.P. Oblation, while we were looking for it we were lost because the map's sketch was wrong and we could'nt find the right way. We went back to the Office of Admission to ask for the right direction and accidentally we saw our old schoolmate Ate Felize, who is studying at U.P.. She helped us how to go to the Oblation and taught us the right ways and directions were we will take our exams this coming August. It's lunch time and we were so hungry so we decided to go to Trinoma and ther we'll eat lunch. Our way to Trinoma was exciting because at first we rode a jeepney going to MRT Cubao Station going to Trinoma, I was so delighted because it was my first time to ride MRT. When we were finally at Trinoma we quickly head to Landmark and ate on Steak Express, the food was so delicious but it is hard to grind the tapa strips because it is to chewy. After we eat lunch we decided to have a stroll in SM North Edsa. When we were there my feet were so tired walking. After that we went to the terminal to look for the jeepney going to Novaliches, but we see none, so we just rode a jeepney heading to Lagro and our stop is in Litex. The jeepney driver told us were we could find the jeepney going to Novaliches. At last, it is our last travel we rode a jeepney going to Bagumbong and I went home. I admit it that this day is tiring , but it is happy bacause I had a lot of fun with my friends and we our good memories has been added a new one. I wish this day will be replayed.. :)

Wonderful Day
This is a very wonderful day. I have learned more facts about the world. In our Physics class, we had learned how to balnace two objects that has different weights and height. I also knew that the base is very important in doing a tower so that it will not fall. In ou Economics class, I knew a lot of news about the world today, like there are lot of school supplies that is harmful to our body and needs to be prohibited, a bread factory will not bake breads because of increase of amount in the ingredients, LA Lakers and Boston Celtics game tied on their sixth game and the final game will be held on tomorrow, and lastly, policemens caught the bad guys who let coccaine spread in the Philippines. In our English class, I'd learned more about Greeks, Greek Literature, Greek famous personalities, and Greek gods and godesses. In our lunch we had fun, because all of the Fourth Year students played the game "Bang Sack", we really had fun. In our Christian Living class, I'd learned that there are a lot of things I need to know more about God and His words, how can i be with Him much more. In our MAPEH time, we had a lot of laughs and smiles because our teacher made a lot of jokes that makes us laugh. In our Speech class, we knew more about Filpinoism that is frequently used by us Filipinos. And our last class, our class in Math, we made seatworks, plot and made lines. I had a great day, surely it will be much more greater tomorrow.
